Precious Health is a private coaching platform. The conversations you have here are with a health coach, not a doctor. Nothing said in this app constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or prescription. If you have a medical issue, see a licensed practitioner.
You are responsible for keeping your password safe. Don't share it. If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, message your coach or email support@precious-health.net.
Coaches set their own fees and collect via Stripe. The platform operator does not take a cut of coaching payments at v1; the platform fee is invoiced separately to the coach.
You can ask us to close your account at any time. We can close accounts that violate these terms; we'll always let you export your data first unless we're legally required not to.
The platform is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it secure and available, but we can't promise zero downtime or perfect data integrity. Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes go to courts in Dubai unless a different venue is required by law.
